From its conception, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's idea was to offer street food at his Downtown Disney venue, "Morimoto Asia", a pan-Asian inspired premium dining experience. People have asked about the first floor walk-up window which has remained closed since the restaurant's grand opening in Sept, 2015. That is about to change.
Prepare yourself for gourmet "street foods" from "my childhood's local festivals and events", said Morimoto in a statement. "I am excited that our new street food will transport guests to Asia and the marvelous cuisines that inspired my menu creations."
Sunday, May 15, 2016, 11:00 a.m., the window opens.
